The Call Center serves patients enrolled for VA health care at the medical center campus in Northampton and with our outpatient clinics in Fitchburg, Springfield, Greenfield, Pittsfield, and Worcester.

Press 2 to make, change, or cancel an appointment. You can also Press 2 to relay a message to your Primary Care, Specialty Care or Mental Health provider, or to speak with a nurse.
