Call the VA Central Western Massachusetts Call Center to speak to a representative for appointments and to contact your provider or to ask health care questions. The Call Center serves patients enrolled for VA health care at the medical center campus in Northampton and with our outpatient clinics in Fitchburg, Springfield, Greenfield, Pittsfield, and Worcester.

Press 2 to make, change, or cancel an appointment. You can also Press 2 to relay a message to your Primary Care, Specialty Care or Mental Health provider, or to speak with a nurse.

Press 4 for billing questions about VA medical care and to speak to a representative regarding a bill you received from a non-VA medical provider.
